IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2022-211 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO AMEND THE NON -REPRESENTED PART-TIME SALARY SCHEDULE AND TO ADD THE LIFEGUARD CLASSIFICATION AND AMEND THE SAN LEANDRO CITY EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION SALARY SCHEDULE TO ADD MUSEUM CURATOR WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of a salary increase of three and one -quarter percent (3.25%) effective January 1, 2023 for non -represented part-time employees; and WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro hereby amends the Non -Represented Part -Time Salary Schedule to add the job classification of Lifeguard; and WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro hereby amends the San Leandro City Employees' Association Salary Schedule to add the job classification of Museum Curator. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That the Non -Represented Part -Time Salary Schedule is hereby amended to reflect a 3.25% salary increase effective January 1, 2023, and the addition of the Lifeguard classification; and That an appropriation of $603,325 from the General Fund unrestricted fund balance to cover the increased costs for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2022-2023 is approved and authorized for execution; and That the San Leandro City Employees' Association Salary Schedule is hereby amended to reflect the addition of the Museum Curator classification, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
