Permitted Use. This Site Plan Review conditional approval permits the <br />construction of a new industrial building (9,306 sf) and expansion and <br />reconfiguration of existing parking and loading, including adding 8 new parking <br />spaces with permeable asphalt and striping existing parking and a new loading area. <br />The project also includes installing required landscaping in the front setback and <br />along the northeast property line; installing bioretention basins and permeable <br />pavers; and additional appurtenant infrastructure per the approved plans. The <br />subject property is 1800 Williams St, also known as Alameda County Assessor's <br />Parcel Number 077A-0644-003-05. <br />C. Outdoor Operations.
