Provide information on what type of forklifts will be repaired at <br />this site. <br />f. Clarify what mezzanine will be used for. <br />g. Clarify exterior vehicle ramps use <br />B. Information provided on civil plans such as accessible path of travel, accessible <br />parking, utilities, and exterior lighting locations shall be shown on architectural site <br />plan. <br />C. New tenant shall submit for a TI when space is leased. <br />D. All revision clouds and deltas added during this Planning Division review must be <br />removed prior to submitting to Building for permit. <br />IV. ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Review of Planning referrals are usually based on information and plans that lack <br />sufficient information and details for specific comments. The primary focus of our <br />review is to assure fire access to the site. Specific fire and building code issues will <br />be addressed during the regular building permit submittal and review process. <br />B. Building Permits Required (Fire Code plan check). The proposed project shall <br />comply with all Applicable Code and City ordinances, policies and regulations. The <br />applicant shall obtain all necessary building permits prior to construction of the <br />project. Submit a building permit application (for Fire Code plan check) and include <br />the following with your submittal. <br />1. Include the following requirements in the design of the project <br />a. Fire extinguishers shall be provided per the code for the warehouse <br />area (4A 40B:C (1 A for every 1,000 sq./ft.) and office area 2A <br />IOB:C (1 for every 1,500 sq./ft.). <br />b. Automatic smoke and heat vents maybe required based on the <br />activity inside the building and the fire protection system 3206.8 <br />CFC 2019 edition. <br />c. Fire department access into the building shall be provided every <br />100 feet 3206.7 CFC 2019 edition. <br />d.
