IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023-008 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE <br />EXISTING CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FEHR & PEERS FOR ON -CALL TRANSPORTATION <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR A NOT -TO -EXCEED AMOUNT OF $150,000 WITHIN THE 12-MONTH PERIOD <br />WHEREAS, agreements dated May 15, 2017 exists between the City of San Leandro and Fehr & Peers <br />for On -Call Transportation Engineering Consulting Services; and <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement updated fee schedules and extended the on -call <br />transportation engineering support services from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 to the agreements extended the on -call transportation engineering <br />support services with updated fee schedules for one additional year; and <br />WHEREAS, a contract amendment with Fehr and Peers is required to pay for outstanding invoices and <br />future planned work tasks; and <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 3 to the agreements, copies of which are attached and incorporated <br />herein, are presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds for the blanket purchase order will be requested to the consulting firm as <br />tasks are assigned. Consultant costs will be charged to specific projects, each with a designated <br />appropriation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement with Fehr <br />and Peers for a sum not -to -exceed $150,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the amendment to the Agreement is approved, and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 6t" day of February 2023, by the <br />following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Bowen, Reynes, Simon, and <br />Mayor Gonzalez <br />(7) <br />NOES: <br />None <br />(0) <br />ABSENT: <br />Noe <br />(0) <br />ATTEST: <br />&I �.
