IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023- <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF <br />SEPTEMBER 30, 2022 <br />WHEREAS, the quarterly financial report provides the City Council budget updates for <br />the current fiscal year, and <br />WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 First Quarter Financial Report as of September <br />30, 2022, a copy of which is attached, is presented to the City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said Fiscal Year 2022-2023 First Quarter Financial Report as of September 30, 2022 <br />is hereby approved. <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 3rd day of January 2023, by the following <br />vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: ______________________________ <br /> Kelly B.
