WRT | RFP No. 60149: San Leandro Comprehensive Parks Master Plan 8 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />WRT has reviewed the request for proposals <br />and relevant background documents to <br />understand your needs. The following scope <br />of work details our tailored work plan for <br />completing the San Leandro Comprehensive <br />Parks Master Plan over an approximate <br />12-month schedule. We are suggesting a <br />process where each task builds from the <br />previous one, creating a cohesive structure <br />for completing a successful system-wide <br />parks master plan as well as a site-specific <br />plan for Washington Manor Park. We <br />welcome continued collaboration with the <br />City and the School Districts to arrive at the <br />most beneficial approach and phasing for <br />the project. <br />Task 1: Project Initiation and <br />Unique Project Outcomes <br />1.1 Project Kick-off <br />WRT and Team will facilitate a virtual kick- <br />off meeting with City and School District <br />Staff and any stakeholders that should <br />be invited. We will review the draft scope <br />and schedule and facilitate a conversation <br />about goals, opportunities, and constraints. <br />We will review the draft engagement plan <br />and note any revisions.
