Workers’ Compensation <br />The City is 100% self-insured for Workers’ Compensation. The biennial budget includes $1,200,000 for workers’ compensation <br />claim Settlements/Judgments in each scal year. The City historically budgets for workers’ compensation on a pay-as-you go <br />basis; with the fund remaining fully funded based on an “expected” condence level as ascertained by the City’s outside <br />actuary.
