Rectangular rapid flash beacons (RRFB) were also installed on those <br />roadways as well as at Monterey/Anza and Williams/Joyce. <br />• Development of the 30% design for the Long Beach restoration project <br />• Ongoing collaboration with BART, LINKS, FLEX, AC Transit for support and <br />coordination <br />• Ongoing enforcement of the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program (NTCP) with <br />65 applications sent, 22 applications received, 22 speed/volume surveys <br />conducted, and radar trailer sent to 28 streets. Speed feedback signs installed on <br />Benedict and 2 petitions approved for speed hump installation. <br />• Secured $128K grant for energy efficient HVAC and LED lighting improvements <br />at Mulford-Marina Branch Library. <br />• Expanded programming at the Main Library’s Teen Lounge to include monthly <br />Fixit Clinic coaching and tech lab tool sharing. <br />• Transitioned City paper signature processes to electronic signatures on <br />Docusign. <br />
