Revenue appropriations were decreased by <br />$366,000 to $5,792,000 reflecting further change in Marina-Berth Rental revenues. <br />The reported revenue decrease in Shoreline Fund revenues results from a delay in <br />posting third-quarter revenues from Monarch Bay golf course operations. <br />·Insurance, Expenditures-(47% of the expenditure budget compared to 89% in 2021- <br />2022). Insurance expenditures decreased by $1,792,000 reflecting <br />Settlement/Judgements expenditures in Worker’s Compensation Insurance lower by <br />$768,000 through March 31, 2023, and discontinuing further transfers ($1,500,000 <br />each year) to the OPEB Trust beginning in 2022-2023. <br />REVIEW BY FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />The Finance Committee reviewed the 2022-2023 Third Quarter Financial Report as of March <br />31, 2023, on May 24, 2023.
