<br />Records of Alameda County, State of California; thence along said Northerly
<br />prolongation, South 05°33’48” East, 9.88 feet to said general Northeasterly line; thence
<br />along last said line North 72°37’46” West, 41.35 feet and along a tangent curve to the
<br />right with a radius of 88.00 feet, through a central angle of 23°40’01”, an arc length of
<br />36.35 feet to the general Southwesterly line of said PARCEL 2B (AMENDED); thence
<br />along last said line, North 34°36’04” West, 78.84 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
