Page 1 | 2 <br />Amendment 2 <br /> To <br />Installation Agreement <br /> Between <br />City of San Leandro and Climatec LLC <br />The Installation Agreement, between the City of San Leandro and Climatec LLC dated <br />December 6, 2021, is amended to add to the scope of work noted below as agreed upon by <br />both parties. <br />Scope: <br />Repair of existing 90-ton McQuay AHU at the San Leandro Senior Center. <br />•Provide all labor to remove and replace (1) damaged compressor and (1) cooling coil. <br />•New equipment - (1) compressor and (1) cooling coil. <br />•Remove and dispose of remaining refrigerant. <br />•Remove and discard damaged equipment. <br />Exclusions: <br />•Repair exclusive to scope above. <br />•Electrical repairs or modifications. <br />•BMS control repairs, programing or modification. <br />•Roofing repairs. <br />•AHU air balancing. <br />The price for this additional scope is $123,900.00.
