Solution Pricing <br /> <br />3.1 Summary of Fees <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />a) Service Request Fulfillment (MAC) - Optional: <br />> Seller will provide Simple and Complex MAC support for Supported Products at <br />Supported Sites as requested by Customer, subject to availability of resources and <br />up to 21 hours per quarter. Each quarter Seller will review the actual MAC support <br />performed and assess whether the actual volume of MACs supported is greater <br />than the included volume of support included in the monthly MACD charge. If the <br />actual volume of support performed during the quarter exceeds the included <br />volume, the incremental support will be charged at the quoted rates below for the <br />relevant support. Any support hours that are not utilized within a given month will <br />not be rolled over into future quarters. <br />> Simple and Complex MAC support will be charged at the following rates: <br />o $225.00 per hour Normal Business Hours <br />o $337.50 per hour Standard Overtime <br />o $450.00 per hour Premium Overtime <br />o ½ hour minimum for all service requests <br /> <br />b) On-site Support - Optional: <br />> Seller will provide On-Site MAC and release management support for Supported <br />Products at Supported Sites as requested by Customer. Scheduling will be based on <br />availability of local resources.
