Legal Analysis The City Attorney reviewed the documents and agreements and approved them as to form. Fiscal Impacts The total compensation for this agreement shall not exceed $286,410. The costs for fiscal years 2024 and 2025 are based on a $0.27 per minute (length of trip) fee for trip oversight by the consultant, $900/month active member fee for 100 or less active members, and the subsidized amount of $16 per ride. The project costs are summarized below: Projected Annual Cost for Consultant’s Fee based on Minutes in Vehicle $15,452 Projected Annual Cost for Active Rider Fee $12,500 Projected Annual Cost for Per Ride Subsidy $65,253 Total for Projected Costs for Two-Year Extension $186,410 ($93,205/year) Funds have been approved by City Council in the Biennial Budget for $83,884.50 ($13,980.75 in FY23-2024 and $69,903.75 in FY24-2025). Staff recommends City Council approve an additional appropriation of $102,525.50 from the following grant-funded accounts to cover the cost of the two-year extension.: ·Grant Fund-Meas.
