IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2023- RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO EXISTING CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GOGO TECHNOLOGIES, INC TO PROVIDE DISPATCH AND CONCIERGE SERVICES TO FLEX RIDES ON DEMAND MEMBERS IN AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $186,410 (FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $286,410), AND TO AUTHORIZE APPROPRIATIONS OF $186,410 FROM ACCOUNTS 157-36-001-5640 AND 154-36-002-5640 WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025; and WHEREAS, GoGo Technologies provides transportation services utilizing Transportation Network Company for senior residents 70+ years old and residents with disabilities who are 18+ years old and East Bay Paratransit certified; and WHEREAS, an agreement dated July 1, 2020 exists between the City of San Leandro and GoGo Technologies, Inc; and WHEREAS, the City receives funding for these services through the Alameda County voter-approved Measures B and BB; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: 1. That said amendment No. 3 with additional monies not to exceed $186,410 (for a total not to exceed amount of $286,410) for fiscal year 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 is hereby approved; and 2. That funding of $186,410 be appropriated from accounts 157-36-001-5640 and 154- 36-002-5640; and 3. That the City Manager is authorized to execute said amendment No. 3 with GoGo Technologies, Inc.
