<br /> <br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 05/31/2023 <br />DEX Background Investigations for Police Pre-Employment Background Exhibit B – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br /> <br />Compensation for Pre-Employment Backgrounds: <br /> <br /> Police Officer: $2,000, flat fee per candidate. <br /> <br /> Public Safety Dispatcher: $2,000, flat fee per candidate. <br /> <br /> Other Non-Sworn Police Department Personnel, and other Non-Public Safety: $2,000, flat fee per <br />candidate. <br /> <br /> Cancelled backgrounds: For all cancellations received after Consultant has commenced pre- <br />employment background check, the City will be charged at the flat rate of $800. The Professional <br />Standards Unit is responsible for cancelling all backgrounds. <br /> <br />Expenses supported by receipts related to travel, lodging, and/or meals, are not-reimbursable unless pre- <br />approved in writing by the City of San Leandro prior to the expense being incurred.
