All fees and charges related to Environmental Services programs shall be paid promptly <br />in full. <br />VIII. SUSTAINABILITY <br />72. Green Building Code 5.106.5.3.3: For non-residential buildings, there is a mandatory <br />requirement for EV charging proportional to the number of total parking (TABLE <br />5.106.5.3.3). Construction and installation of the EV charger shall comply with electrical <br />code. EV parking locations should be marked on the plans. Off -grid solar EV chargers <br />may also be considered. <br />73. Green Building Standards 5.106.12: Shade trees are required for the parking lots to cover <br />parking lots by 50% and 20% of landscaping by 15 years. Please show that the estimated <br />shade tree coverage of parking lots by 15 years will meet the 50% coverage. <br />74. Green Building Standards 5.106.4.1.2: Secure bicycle parking for 5 percent of the tenant - <br />occupant vehicular parking spaces with a minimum of one bicycle parking facility is <br />required. <br />IX. PUBLIC WORKS <br />75. Project must comply with all City and State construction and demolition debris recycling <br />requirements. Permit applicants must demonstrate compliance by completing and <br />submitting an online Waste Diversion Plan using Green Halo Systems <br />(www.GreenHaloSystems.com). Applicants must submit recycling and disposal receipts <br />online and submit the Waste Diversion Report before scheduling the final inspection. <br />Note: Project will not be finaled until all recycling and disposal tags have been registered <br />into Green Halo Systems. <br />76. The property owner, occupant and tenants shall maintain enclosure free of litter and other <br />debris in accordance with San Leandro Municipal Code §3-15-215. <br />77. Applicant is subject to Alameda County Mandatory Recycling Ordinance#2012-01. For <br />more information, visit www.RecychngRulesAC.org. <br />X. WATER POLLUTION CONTROL <br />78. Based on the current plans, this project would be assessed a connection fee/sewer capacity <br />charge of approximately $69,000. This estimate is provided to give the applicant <br />information for planning purposes and may change when final building plans are <br />submitted. In particular, the truck washing facility may require an additional fee. All fees <br />shall be paid prior to issuance of building permits. <br />XI. CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br />79. Construction Hours. Construction on the project site shall not begin prior to 7:00 am <br />Monday through Friday, and prior to 8 am on Saturday and Sunday, and shall cease by <br />7:00 pm each evening, unless otherwise approved by the Chief Building Official.
