34. Provide accessible path of travel from public right of way and accessible parking to, new <br />offices, employee work break room, locker rooms, restrooms, and warehouse <br />35. Provide accessible clearances for all accessible spaces <br />36. All exterior and warehouse walking surfaces shall be ADA compliant <br />37. Plans for building permit submittal shall clarify the following: <br />a. who will be in tenant space A and B <br />b. what will be live seafood tank, are tanks fresh or salt water system <br />c. if kitchen on first floor, is this a staff kitchen <br />d. if warehouse will have a forklift and how it is powered <br />e. amounts of commodities will be stored in warehouse listed rooms <br />f. chemicals and their amounts being stored in chemical room <br />g. clean room <br />h. truck wash area, how often is it used and how is waste water treated <br />38. All revision clouds and delta's added during Planning approval must be removed prior to <br />submitting to Building for permit <br />VI. ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A formal plan check review will be completed at time of building permit submittal. The <br />building and parking lot will need to comply with all building and fire code requirements in <br />effect at time of building permit submittal. <br />39. A Deferred Submittal is required for the installation of a fire protection system. <br />40. A Deferred Submittal is required for the installation fire alarm monitoring system. <br />41. A Deferred Submittal is required for the installation of an underground fire line. <br />42. A Deferred Submittal may be required for a Refrigerant Detection System. <br />43. A Deferred Submittal will be required for High Piled Combustible Storage (storage over <br />12 feet in height in rack or piles). <br />44. Private hydrants will be required based on the type of the building construction and square <br />footage per appendix B and C of the California Fire Code. <br />45. A Fire pump may be required based on available water supply and activity within the <br />building. <br />46. Automatic smoke and heat vents maybe required based on the activity inside the building <br />and the fire protection system. <br />47. Fire lanes are required and shall be posted to ensure access to the building. <br />48. Aerial access routes shall be provided per Appendix D of the California Fire Code <br />49. Fire extinguishers shall be provided per the code. <br />50.
