Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all Secured Obligations have been paid <br />or forgiven, and all obligations under the Loan Documents have been performed in full, and <br />upon surrender of this Deed of Trust to Trustee for cancellation and retention, and upon payment <br />by Trustor of Trustee's reasonable fees, Trustee shall reconvey the Security to Trustor, or to the <br />person or persons legally entitled thereto. <br />Section 8.3 Notices. <br />Formal notices, demands, and communications between the Parties shall be sufficiently given if <br />and shall not be deemed given unless (a) dispatched by registered or certified mail, postage <br />prepaid, return receipt requested, (b) delivered by express delivery service, return receipt <br />requested, (c) delivered personally, or (d) sent by electronic mail, provided that any notice sent <br />by electronic mail must be followed by notice delivered under either (a), (b), or (c) within 2 <br />business days.
