February 7, 2022City Council Minutes <br />Emergency by the City’s Director of Emergency Services Pursuant to <br />California Government Code Section 8630 and Public Contract Code <br />Section 22050(c) because of the COVID-19 Pandemic <br />Adopted on the Consent Calendar. <br />Enactment No: Reso 2022-030 <br />ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT CALENDAR10. <br />9.H.21-647 Staff Report for a City of San Leandro City Council Resolution Approving <br />and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Consulting Services Agreement with SEED Collaborative, Inc., to Assist <br />with Site Facilitation of the Steven Taylor Sanctity of Life Memorial Park <br />project, and appropriate $50,000 from the General Fund Undesignated <br />Fund Balance into Account 010-12-020-5120. <br />There were approximately 16 public speakers. <br />Comments were made by the following individuals: <br />Raz Slayday, Douglas Spalding, Ginny Madsen, Stephen Michael Tow, Whitney <br />Walker, Dr. Kitchen, Addie Kitchen, John Wicks, Pam Wool, Jenna King, Joel Baum, <br />Jaylin Brown, Keyshawn Ward, Lay, Selina McManus, and Leo T. West <br />21-648 RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Approving <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Consulting Services Agreement with SEED <br />Collaborative, Inc., to Assist with Site Facilitation of the Steven Taylor <br />Sanctity of Life Memorial Park project; and approves the proposed <br />scope of work and appropriate $50,000 from the General Fund <br />Undesignated Fund Balance into Account 010-12-020-5120 <br />A motion was made by Mayor Cutter, seconded by Councilmember Aguilar, <br />that this Resolution be Adopted. The motion carried by the following vote. <br />Aye:Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Lopez, Simon, Cutter7 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2022-031 <br />9.I.22-051 Staff Report for a City of San Leandro City Council Resolution <br />Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Purchase Agreement(s) for the <br />Purchase and Outfitting of Eight Police Vehicles, Two of which will be <br />Hybrid vehicles, in an Amount not to Exceed $513,822.19 <br />Public Comment was received by Douglas Spalding and Jim Prola. <br />22-052 RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council Authorizing the <br />City Manager to Execute Purchase Agreement(s) for the Purchase and <br />Outfitting of Eight Police Vehicles, Two of Which Will be Hybrid Vehicles, <br />in an Amount not to Exceed $513,822.19 <br />A motion was made by Mayor Cutter, seconded by Vice Mayor Ballew, that this <br />Resolution be Adopted.
