San Leandro Housing Protection Polices Outreach Scope of Services Page 1 City of San Leandro Housing Protection Policies Outreach Scope of Services - MIG Phase 1 Project Launch and Ongoing Management Task 1.1 Kick-off Meeting MIG will convene and facilitate a one -hour project kick-off mee�ng with the City of San Leandro project lead. The City will determine who else to include in the ini�al mee�ng. Mee�ng ac�vi�es will include the following: •Review the scope of work, ac�vi�es, schedule, communica�on protocols, expecta�ons, and desired outcomes; •Discuss how to center equity in the public engagement process; •Gather recommenda�ons on background documents for MIG review; •Create an ini�al list of groups to engage in community mee�ngs and focus groups. MIG will design the mee�ng agenda and materials, as well as a summary memoranda of the mee�ng outcomes. Deliverable(s) •Mee�ng agenda and notes Task 1.2 Work Plan and Presentation Template Based on the project kick-off, MIG will refine the scope of services and �meline as necessary and prepare a final work plan. MIG will also design a template slide deck that will serve as style guide throughout the project and ensure visually cohesive project elements. Deliverable(s) •Detailed work plan •Presenta�on template Task 1.3 Website Creation and Ongoing Administration To support public engagement, MIG will work with the City to develop a simple, user-friendly, and aesthe�cally pleasing website to serve as the landing page for this effort. We will also administer the website for eight months. The City will assist MIG by providing photos for the site. MIG will assume the City will use Google translate for the website. However, MIG can translate website content into mul�ple languages as an op�onal task. MIG will provide two rounds of City review of the website and make modifica�ons as recommended.
