Various staff members, including the Shelter Coordinator, Case Managers, <br />Family Clinician, and Children's Program Assistant, will be responsible for documenting eligibility, intake, <br />and service progression. The Database Administrator will gather and maintain the data. <br />Ruby's Place will utilize the Apricot client database by Social Solutions, which is hosted on an Amazon Web <br />Services environment with user-based permissions and audit trails.
