<br />Amendment No. 2 to Non-Professional Services Agreement July 1, 2022 <br />between City of San Leandro and GoGo Technologies, Inc. Page 2 of 4 <br />• Reservations: May be made up to 6 months in advance; however, ride <br />availability will be dependent upon driver availability at time of ride request <br />generated by Consultant. <br />• Fare: Rider pays first $4 of fare; City will pay up to $16 additional fare. Any <br />fare amount over $20 will be charged directly to the rider. <br />• Accessibility: Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs) available but wait times <br />may be significantly longer dependent upon W AV driver availability at time of <br />ride request generated by Consultant. <br />• Available Funding: Alameda County Transportation Commission Measures <br />B/BB Base Grant <br />• Service area: Alameda, Ashland, Castro Valley, Cherryland, Dublin, <br />Emeryville, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, Newark, Oakland, Pleasanton, <br />San Leandro, San Lorenzo, San Ramon, Union City. <br />• Maximum number of rides per rider per month: City will determine this <br />number based upon total ridership and will inform Consultant of any <br />changes. <br />COVID Vaccination Transportation subsidy: <br />• Eligibility: Registered FLEX RIDES members age 60+ OR Disabled Adults <br />age 18+ <br />• Reservations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance; however, ride <br />availability will be dependent upon driver availability at time of ride request <br />generated by Consultant. <br />• Fare: City will pay the entire fare. If appointment is made for a multiple stop <br />ride (i.e., a drive through clinic) City will pay an additional $10 incentive for <br />driver to accept the trip. <br />• Accessibility: Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs) available but wait times <br />may be significantly longer dependent upon WAV driver availability at time of <br />ride request generated by Consultant. <br />• Available Funding: Alameda County Transportation Commission Measures <br />B/BB Base Grant <br />• Service area: Any COVID Vaccination Clinic located within Alameda County. <br />City will be responsible to determine geofence for this program based upon <br />rider’s proof of appointment documentation. <br />• Maximum number of rides per rider: 4 one-way trips OR two multiple stop <br />rides per year.” <br /> <br />4. All other terms shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />5.
