San Leandro Public Library <br />English as a Second Language Services <br /> 2023-2024 ESL21-3-41 <br />Page 2 of 27 <br /> <br />PROJECT SUMMARY <br />AWARD AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE LIBRARY and San Leandro Public Library <br />for the English as a Second Language Services project. <br />AWARD AGREEMENT NUMBER ESL21-3-41 <br />This Award Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on July 1, 2023 by <br />and between the California State Library (“State Library”) and San Leandro <br />Public Library, (“Grantee”). <br />This Award Agreement pertains to Grantee’s State-funded English as a <br />Second Language Services project. <br />The Library Development Services Bureau (“LDS”) of the State Library <br />administers state and federal funds in the form of awards. <br />The Grantee was selected by the State Library to receive state grant funds <br />in the amount of $23,488 through the process adopted by the State Library in <br />administering such grants. <br />The State Library and the Grantee, for the consideration and under the <br />conditions hereinafter set forth in the Grant Agreement, agree as follows: <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: E3D1E6B5-ECD8-45D7-B4CD-230528B8419F
