ACEIP Tier 2. In addition to ACEIP Tier 1, if City wants to help further improve Axon’s services, City may <br />choose to participate in Tier 2 of the ACEIP. ACEIP Tier 2 grants Axon certain additional rights to use City <br />Content, in addition to those set forth in Tier 1 above, without the guaranteed deployment of a Privacy <br />Preserving Technique to enable product development, improvement, and support that cannot be <br />accomplished with aggregated, transformed, or de-identified data. <br />☐ Check this box if City wants to help further improve Axon’s services by participating in ACEIP Tier 2 in addition <br />to Tier 1.
