City of San Leandro <br />Installation Agreement – Att A <br />Page 11 of 17 <br /> <br />Lighting <br /> Retrofit existing interior T8 fluorescent, incandescent, and CF lighting systems with new high <br />efficiency LED lighting systems. Please see the Lighting Summary in Attachment B for detailed <br />information on lighting scope, quantities, and locations. <br /> <br /> Troubleshoot and Repair one (1) existing lighting control panel (Panel R2A located in Conference <br />Room 212). (This is to correct an issue within the panel only.) <br /> <br />The Scope of Work includes: <br />• Identify deficiencies associated with the existing lighting control panel. <br />• Repair and/or replace inoperable components within the lighting control panel. <br />• Test and verify operation of the panel. <br />The Scope of Work excludes: <br />• Repair or replacement of existing electrical components outside of the lighting control <br />panel including but not limited to low voltage wiring, low voltage switches, and lighting <br />systems not included in the lighting scope of work. <br /> <br />Manor Branch Library <br />Controls <br /> Recommission the existing Johnson Controls BAS. <br /> <br />The Scope of Work includes: <br />• Verify control components wired to each controller, including disconnecting wire to <br />confirm failures are reporting correctly. <br />• Verify operation of all phases for each piece of HVAC equipment connected to the BAS <br />in heating, cooling and/or economizer modes. <br />• Verify valve and/or damper actuators are operating correctly according to the control <br />signals. <br />• Reprogram equipment occupied/unoccupied schedules and set points according to <br />facility occupied hours. <br />• Provide a system start-up and report indicating system deficiencies. <br />The Scope of Work excludes: <br />• Any repair or replacement of existing control system components. <br /> <br />Mechanical <br /> Replace one (1) packaged air conditioning unit with a new high efficiency unit of similar size and <br />capacity. Please refer to the HVAC Mechanical Inventory for equipment size and location. <br /> <br /> <br />The Scope of Work includes: <br />• Removal and proper disposal of the existing unit per EPA guidelines. <br />• Proper disposal or containment of refrigerant. <br />• Installation of one (1) new packaged variable air volume (VAV) unit. <br />• Duct/curb modifications needed to install unit. <br />• Disconnection/reconnection of the existing electrical service. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 64BB0189-33AC-48E9-B1D7-D912FB4998D8
