Please see the Lighting Summary in Attachment B for detailed information on lighting scope, <br />quantities, and locations. <br /> <br />South Branch Library <br />Mechanical <br /> Replace one (1) split system HVAC unit with a new high efficiency unit of similar size and capacity. <br />Please refer to the HVAC Mechanical Inventory for equipment size and location. <br /> <br />The Scope of Work includes: <br />• Removal and proper disposal of the existing unit per EPA guidelines. <br />• Proper disposal or containment of refrigerant. <br />• Installation of one (1) new split system unit. <br />• Duct modifications needed to install unit. <br />• Disconnection/reconnection of the existing electrical service. <br />• Installation of new electrical disconnect. <br />• Protective coil coatings on the new unit. <br />• Disconnection/reconnection of existing condensate drain line. <br />• Disconnection/reconnection to the existing Johnson Controls thermostat. <br />• Start-up/testing of the new unit. <br /> <br />The Scope of Work excludes: <br />• Undisclosed electrical and structural upgrades/modifications. <br /> <br />Lighting Retrofit existing interior T8 fluorescent lighting systems with new high efficiency LED lighting <br />systems.
