<br /> <br />Task 1.2 – Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Plan <br />• Consultant shall establish a means to evaluate quality of the interface integration and confirm that <br />conflicts do not exist in areas where various items of work are shown on several drawings. The <br />QC/QA Plan shall include the following: <br />○ Coordination of work to provide quality, accuracy and consistency of all documents, including <br />checking the accuracy of all details at interface conformance locations <br />○ Performance of Intra-Disciplinary Reviews (internal independent check process for each <br />discipline). Checking that design is accomplished in accordance with appropriate design <br />criteria and required processes. <br />○ Performance of Inter-Disciplinary reviews (external review process between disciplines <br />conducted to ensure continuity among various disciplines) prior to each submittal <br />○ Review and coordinate all project terminology with layouts, details, specifications, <br />measurement and payment, cost estimates, and bid form <br />○ Ensure that each submittal is accompanied by the Consultant’s approval and certification that <br />Intra-Disciplinary review, Inter-Disciplinary review and QC activities have been satisfactorily <br />completed prior to submittal to the City <br />Task 1.3 – Project Meetings <br />● Prepare and coordinate all meetings, agendas and meeting notes <br />● Prepare and facilitate the project kick off meeting <br />○ Review project goals, budget, schedule, and existing information <br />○ Roles and communication protocols between team and City Staff <br />○ Identify project challenges and constraints for improvements and regulatory permitting <br />● Coordinate, schedule and conduct 30 bi-weekly team meetings <br />● Present at up to four (4) public city meetings <br />● Conduct up to (4) four Joint Resolution Team (JRT) meetings with the permitting agencies. <br />● Conduct up to (6) six meetings with project stakeholders (Native American Tribal representatives, <br />Kaimanu rowing club, Audubon society, or others as identified) to coordinate project specific design <br />elements <br />● Conduct design team internal coordination meetings as required <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />All deliverables shall be in pdf format except as noted below. <br />● Meeting agendas and Notes <br />● Monthly Progress Reports <br />● Quality Control Plan <br />● Project Directory <br />● Project Budgets <br /> <br />TASK 2 – PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION <br />Consultant shall review all existing information, collect supplemental information, and prepare reports or <br />other documents as required to support the design, drafting, and permitting of the project. Work will <br />include but not be limited to the following items required to complete the overall scope of work described <br />herein.
