City will pay permit fees directly or reimburse <br />consultant for permit fees at actual cost without markup: <br />● Alameda County Fire <br />● Army Corps of Engineers (ACE) <br />● Bay Area Air Quality Management District <br />● Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) <br />● City of San Leandro Building Dept. <br />● East Bay Municipal Utility District <br />● PG&E <br />● National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) <br />● State Water Resources Control Board (for SWPPP) <br />● San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) <br />Subtask 5.1 – Utility Service Coordination <br />● Provide PG&E and AT&T application, coordinate fees and schedule of improvements <br />● Coordinate and review interim power options depending on construction phasing <br />schedule <br />● Provide EBMUD application, coordinate fees and schedule of improvements <br />● Coordinate utility and City fiber connections and service loads as noted in Subtask 3.1 <br />● Coordinate final and interim grades with final utility locations, elevations and coverage <br /> <br />Subtask 5.2 Vulnerability Assessment <br />● Prepare a Vulnerability Assessment and an Adaptation Strategy for review by BCDC <br />Subtask 5.3 - Interagency Pre-Application Meeting <br />● Engage with the regulatory agencies as early as possible during project design <br />development.
