Permit duration is anticipated for a duration of up to 104 weeks. <br /> <br />TASK 6 – BIDDING SERVICES <br />Consultant shall provide bid support and conform drawings as described below. <br />Subtask 6.1 – Bid Support <br />● Attend and conduct Pre-Bid Conference <br />● Assist the City with responses to bidder’s inquiries through the City’s Project Manager. <br />● Assist the City with addenda to the construction documents as needed to respond to <br />bidder’s inquiries and clarify the intent of bid documents. <br />● Coordinate design team for providing Bid Addenda and narratives. <br />● Assist the City in evaluating bids <br />Subtask 6.2 – Conform Contract Drawings <br />● Prepare conform construction drawings integrating all bid RFI’s and addendums into a <br />final set of Contract Documents for construction. <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 30A47DAA-8ADC-4C81-A393-00F3D4407ED9
