IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE A NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH IMPEC GROUP FOR CITYWIDE <br />JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR A TERM OF FIVE (5) YEARS WITH TWO (2) ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OPTIONS FOR A <br />CUMULATIVE TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $5,014,614 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 16, 2023, the City issued Request for Proposals No. 60987 for Citywide <br />janitorial services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Impec Group, Inc. was deemed the most qualified company to perform these services <br />based on its proposal, interviews, pricing, and references; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the scope of work and fee schedule for an agreement with Impec Group, Inc. have been <br />presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of said agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />The said agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution of by the <br />City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br /> <br />That an original executed agreement shall be attached to and made part of this resolution. <br />Introduced by Councilmember ___________ and passed and adopted this 4th day of March <br />2024, by the following vote: AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Kelly B.
