<br /> <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between April 1, 2024 <br />City of San Leandro and Impec Group—Exhibit D Page 21 of 36 <br />Janitorial Services in City Facilities (1000) <br />A. General – Technical Specifications <br />1000 Record Keeping and Documentation <br />The Contractor(s) shall maintain the following records during the life of the agreement: <br /> <br />1. A complete work schedule for weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services for all <br />facilities that includes the name of the employee(s) assigned to the work. <br />2. A schedule of all employees of the Contractor and the buildings to which they are assigned. <br />3. A copy of the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all chemicals that will be used in the <br />performance of the contract. <br />4. A list of all cleaning products (brand names) to be utilized, how each will be used, and which ones <br />meet Green Seal Standards. <br />5. A list of all paper products (brand names) to be provided, the percentage of post -consumer <br />recycled content for each, and which ones meet US EPA Guidelines. <br />6. An Injury and Illness Prevention Plan and training per that plan will be current prior to the <br />commencement of the contract; and that all new employees will be trained per the plan prior to <br />being assigned to the City of San Leandro contract. Also see Section 1010. <br />7. City of San Leandro business license. <br />1010 General <br />1. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and other services necessary for the <br />complete janitorial cleaning at all facilities specified under Exhibit A. All equipment and materials <br />shall be used according to the manufacturer's directions for each application. <br />1020 Labor Strike <br />1. Contractor shall be responsible for its own labor relationships and shall negotiate and be <br />responsible for resolving all disputes between itself and its employees or any union representing its <br />employees. <br />2. Whenever Contractor has knowledge that any actual or potential labor dispute is delaying, will <br />delay, or threatens to delay, the timely performance of services under this contract, Contractor <br />shall immediately give written notice thereof to the City's Buildings Sup ervisor, or his designee. <br />3. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to provide continuous services, without interruption, to all <br />buildings and facilities specified herein throughout the term of the contract. In the event of a labor <br />strike, Contractor shall provide the means, at Contractor’s expense, to provide continuous services <br />in full compliance with contract requirements. Failure to do so will cause the City to take whatever <br />action is necessary to provide the services. If, in doing so, City incurs cos ts more than those that <br />would have been paid to the Contractor for the same services, these excessive costs shall be paid <br />by the Contractor. <br />1030 Permits and Codes <br />1. The selected proposer will comply with all laws, codes, rules and regulations of the State , County <br />and City applicable to the work to be performed at the City’s location(s).
