<br /> <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between April 1, 2024 <br />City of San Leandro and Impec Group—Exhibit D Page 31 of 36 <br />1050 Mop Heads <br />1. Mop heads need to be non-abrasive (no metal or plastic). Replace mop heads at least weekly with <br />new mop heads. <br />2. Old dirty mop heads shall be removed from the building and discarded. Use of reusable, washable <br />microfiber mops is encouraged. <br />E. Restroom Cleaning (Weekly) <br />1000 Floor Drains <br />1. Remove all built up deposits, embedded hairs, etc., from the grate and neck of the drain. Replace <br />the grate properly. <br />2. Clean the inside of the drain by pouring at least one gallon of 50/50 mixture of clean <br />water/disinfectant through the drain. <br />1010 Restroom, Locker, and Shower Floor <br />1. All surface litter such as paper, tape, towels, etc., shall be removed before machine scrubbing. <br />2. Apply the appropriate cleaning solution and allow it to stand for 5 minutes before scrubbing the <br />surface with a floor buffer equipped with a grit brush. <br />3. The deep cleaning shall remove heavy stains, mildew, and mineral deposits from the surface and <br />grout. <br />4. After scrubbing, the surface shall be rinsed thoroughly to remove all remaining detergent. <br />5. Mop the floor with clean water and a clean mop. Mop excess water from the floor. <br />6. Wipe all baseboards with a damp clean rag. <br />7. Areas not accessible with the buffer shall be manually scrubbed with an abrasive hand pad. <br />F. General Tasks (Monthly) <br />1000 Furniture <br />1. Vacuum all cloth furniture. Removable cushions shall be lifted and vacuumed underneath. <br />2. Wipe down all vinyl and hard surfaces with a damp cloth. <br />1010 Clean all outside lights <br />1. Attached to building exteriors (up to a height of 15 feet) – remove cobwebs from lens covers and <br />lamp housing. <br />G. General Tasks (Quarterly) <br />1000 Cubicle Walls/Furniture <br />1. Vacuum all cubicle walls and cloth furniture. <br />1010 High Dusting <br />1. Dust all surfaces between 80” and 18’, including walls and ceiling tiles/vents.
