4. Following construction. <br />Mitigation Measure CR-2: Inadvertent Discovery of Human Remains <br />If human remains are discovered during construction activities, all work within 100 feet of the site <br />must stop immediately. The Alameda County Coroner must be notified to ascertain whether an <br />investigation into the cause of death is necessary. If the remains are determined to be Native <br />American, the NAHC must be contacted within 24 hours. <br /> <br />The NAHC will identify the person or persons believed to be the most likely descendant(s) of the <br />deceased Native American.
