2.Payment of Pet License Fee <br />a.At the time of Registration made via the Website,each Pet <br />Owner shall pay a Pet License Fee for each Pet based on the <br />rates set out in Schedule C (the “Pet License Fee”).The Pet <br />License Fee for each Pet Registration shall be paid through <br />the Website by credit card,debit card or other payment <br />method (as determined by DocuPet at its discretion).Pet <br />Owners may be charged an Online Processing Fee for <br />purchases made via the Website. <br />ii.Administrative Portal <br />1.Pet Registrations <br />a.The Organization may allow their employees,volunteers <br />and contractors/designates to accurately input Pet <br />Registration Information into the application on the <br />Website.DocuPet shall have no responsibility for verifying <br />the accuracy or completeness of any Registration <br />Information or for any errors therein. <br />2.Data Upload and Download <br />a.DocuPet agrees to provide for the uploading of Pet <br />Registration Information that is provided to DocuPet in its <br />standardized format. <br />b.DocuPet agrees to provide for the downloading of Pet <br />Registration Information.Downloaded Pet Registration <br />Information will be provided in DocuPet’s standardized <br />format. <br />3.Reporting <br />a.DocuPet agrees to provide its standard reporting tools to <br />the Organization including those providing record and <br />financial information related to Pet Registrations. <br />b.Specialized or customized reports may be subject to <br />additional fees. <br />4.Community Canvassing <br />4 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 77DB2DA3-FBBB-405D-B750-F86438951F8B
