n <br />8. The access driveway less than 26 feet shall have the curbs painted red with the <br />eve signage painted on it. <br />9. The proper building construction type shall be indicated on the cover sheet. Type <br />Ill A or 8. <br />10. All egress door hardware shall be appropriate for its access. <br />17.AII penetrations in rated construction shall be by a listing (sprinkler, electrical, <br />and plumbing). <br />18. The plans do not reflect activity other than maintenance on the roof. <br />19. Buildings addresses shall be identifiable from the street and shall have a <br />contrasting background. <br />20.A Knox Box will be required for each building for fire department access. If an <br />electric gate is installed, an electric Knox Box Key switch will be required to <br />override the system. <br />VIII. BUILDING & SAFETY SERVICES DIVISION REQUIREMENTS <br />Please note that these conditions do not constitute a complete building code plan <br />review. A formal plan check review will be completed at time of project submittal <br />to the Building & Safety Services Division. <br />1. Provide accessible path of travel from public right of way and accessible parking <br />to, leasing office, individual units, elevator, amenities spaces, laundry room, mail <br />room and site. <br />2. Provide accessible clearances for all accessible spaces. <br />3. Provide EV required parking spaces. <br />4. Clarify if gas appliances are being used in units or laundry rooms. CO detectors <br />will be required in areas with fuel burning appliances. <br />5. This project shall comply with 2019 California Energy Code Nonresidential, High- <br />Rise Residential, Hotel/Motel. <br />6.
