City of San Leandro <br />Solid Waste Post Collection Services <br />13 <br /> <br /> Todd Storti | Area Director, Recycling Operations <br />Role in Serving San Leandro: Todd ensures San Leandro’s materials are <br />processed thoroughly for maximum material separation and diversion. Todd <br />is proud of the work done by WMAC’s team as they provide environmental <br />solutions for San Leandro and all Northern California. <br />Qualifications and Experience: Todd Storti’s background consists of over 30 <br />years' experience in California and the Bay Area with regards to solid waste, <br />recycling, sustainability, environmental, and alternative energy. He has helped <br />communities establish short and long-term planning to meet State programs <br />such as Organics Diversion, Source Separated Organics, Mandatory <br />Commercial and Multi Unit Recycling, Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and <br />Electronic Waste, Cal Green C&D, grant funding, and going forward with SB <br />1383. <br /> <br /> Jessica Jones | Area General Manager <br />Role in Serving San Leandro: Jessica oversees facility management and <br />operations at WM landfills and composting facilities in WM's Northern <br />California and Nevada region. <br />Qualifications and Experience: Jessica has over 20 years of solid waste <br />industry experience. She earned her BS and MS in Civil Engineering from <br />California State University, Sacramento. Jessica is a California-licensed Civil <br />and Structural Engineer. <br /> <br /> Marcus Nettz | Area Director Disposal Operations <br />Role in Serving San Leandro: Marcus is responsible for the oversight of area <br />landfills, organics facilities, and landfill gas operations in WM’s Northern <br />California and Nevada Region. <br />Qualifications and Experience: Marcus has over 30 years of solid waste <br />industry experience. Prior to his current responsibilities, his duties included <br />oversight of collection districts and recycling facilities, as well as being an <br />IEPA certified landfill operator. <br /> <br /> Lisa Williams | Industrial Account Manager, Altamont Landfill <br />Role in Serving San Leandro: Lisa is the account manager for customers that <br />utilize Altamont Landfill. <br />Qualifications and Experience: Lisa has over 12 years of experience in the <br />waste industry.
