EXHIBIT D <br />REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br />July 2024 Page D-1 Post-Collection Agreement, Exhibit D <br />1. General <br />Records shall be maintained in forms and by methods that facilitate flexible use of the data contained in <br />them to structure reports as needed. Reports are intended to compile recorded data into useful forms of <br />information that can be used to, among other things: <br />• Determine and set Per-Ton Rates and evaluate the financial efficacy of operations. <br />• Evaluate past and expected progress towards achieving the Contractor’s Diversion goals and <br />objectives. <br />• Provide concise and comprehensive operational information and metrics for use in fulfilling reporting <br />requirements under Applicable Law. <br />• Determine needs for adjustment to programs or operations. <br />• Determine compliance with AB 341, AB1201, AB 1826, SB 54, SB 343, SB 1383, and all Applicable Law. <br />• Coordinate operational and logistical matters between the Contractor and Collection Contractor. <br />2. Monthly Reports <br />Contractor shall submit reports each month. Reports shall include, at a minimum, the following <br />information for each Approved Facility, separated by material type: <br />1. Total number of vehicle loads Delivered by Collection Contractor per day and a sum of total <br />vehicle loads Delivered during the reporting period. <br />2. Actual Tonnage of each vehicle load Delivered by the Collection Contractor and a sum of total <br />tons Delivered by the Collection Contractor during the reporting period. <br />3. Average Tons per vehicle load Delivered by Collection Contractor to each Approved Facility <br />during the reporting period. <br />4. Average Tons per day Delivered by Collection Contractor to each Approved Facility during the <br />reporting period. <br />5. Total Tons of material received by all Approved Facility users during the reporting period. <br />6. Total Tons of material Processed during the reporting period. <br />7. Total Tons of City Delivered Material Diverted and the Diversion rate listed separately by each <br />recovered material Commodity, calculated using the approved allocation method described <br />in Exhibit G6. <br />8. Total Tons of Residual material generated from Processing of all materials Delivered to the <br />Approved Processing Facilities and the Tons of Residual material allocated to the City <br />calculated using the approved allocation method described in Exhibit G6. <br />9. Actual vehicle Turnaround Time for each vehicle load delivered by Collection Contractor <br />(determined in accordance with Section5.2.7 during the reporting period, upon request from <br />Docusign Envelope ID: C78C62DE-8589-496F-8F5A-DEC38EE5853C
