EXHIBIT F <br />PERFORMANCE STANDARDS & LIQUIDATED DAMAGES <br />July 15, 2024 Page F-1 Post-Collection Agreement, Exhibit F <br />The following table lists the events that constitute breaches of the Agreement's standard of performance <br />warranting the imposition of Liquidated Damages. The table describes the incident(s) or event(s) that <br />trigger Liquated Damages, the methods by which occurrences will principally be tracked by Contractor or <br />City, and the dollar amounts of Liquidated Damages that the City may assess for Contractor’s failure to <br />meet the performance requirements specified in this Agreement.
