<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between August 8, 2024 <br />City of San Leandro and Garland/DBS Inc.—Exhibit A Page 1 of 3 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Contractor shall follow the provisions of the City’s Community Workforce Agreement attached as exhibit F. <br /> <br />Contractor shall apply for and obtain permits from the San Leandro Building Department. City will pay <br />permit fees including inspection costs, if any. <br /> <br />City of San Leandro <br />Water Pollution Control Plant <br />3000 Davis Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br /> <br />Scope of Work: Poll Barn <br />1. Remove and dispose of all roofing, flashings, and sheet metal down to structural deck. <br />2. Inspect deck and perform repairs as needed. <br />3. Install clips per ASCE-7 wind uplift calculations over open purlins. Use continuous clips where/if <br />needed for wind uplift calculations. Use shims where necessary to ensure a level surface for <br />panels. <br />4. Install 4” box gutters and downspouts using Garland Flat Stock. <br />5. Install 0.040 aluminum R-Mer Span continuous panels and seam caps. <br />6. Install all trim metal and detail metal for a complete system. <br />7. Run electric seamer once all work is installed in order to provide a complete warrantable system. <br />8. Roof system shall provide a 30 year NDL warranty and 5 year contractor workmanship warranty. <br /> <br />Scope of Work: 2512 Davis Street <br />1. Remove and dispose of all roofing, edge metal, counter flashing, gutters, downspouts and <br />associated materials. <br />2. Replace all turbine vents with new aluminum turbine vents. <br />3. Inspect deck and perform repairs as necessary. Contractor to provide line items for any <br />additional work regarding deck replacement and fascia board replacement not included in <br />the base bid. <br />a. Bid shall include: <br />i. $5,000 worth of plywood decking replacement. <br />4. Loose lay red rosin paper. <br />5. Mechanically fasten ½” Densdeck Prime per manufactures wind uplift calc. <br />6. Install StressBase 80 in Garlastic KM Plus hot asphalt. <br />7. Install KEE-Stone FB single ply in Garlastic KM Plus hot asphalt. <br />8. Install new factory painted .040 aluminum gutters and downspouts using Garland flatstock. <br />9. Install all new lead flashing and detail flashing on roof level details. <br /> <br />Scope of Work: Maintenance Shop <br />1. Remove and dispose of all roofing, edge metal, counterflashing, and associated roof material down <br />to structural deck. <br />2.
