Apply Title 24 approved Pyramic Plus LO in 2 coats of 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet once system <br />is fully cured after 30 days. <br /> <br /> <br />Scope of Work: Old Head Works <br />1. Remove and dispose of all roofing, edge metal, counterflashing, and associated roof material down <br />to structural deck. <br />2. Remove items indicated on the provided aerial. Cover gaps in deck with new 18 ga. Steel plate <br />fastened. <br />3. Install wood nailer at parapet coping location. <br />4. Raise all curb flashings to a mimum 8” base flashing height. <br />5. Apply Title 24 approved Pyramic Plus LO in 2 coats of 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet once system <br />is fully cured after 30 days. <br /> <br />Scope of Work: Electrical Building <br /> <br />1. Remove and dispose of all roofing, flashings, and sheet metal to the structural beams and purlins. <br />2. Inspect beams and purlins and perform repairs as needed. <br />3. Install clips per ASCE-7 wind uplift calculations over open purlins. Use continuous clips where/if <br />needed for wind uplift calculations. Use shims where necessary to ensure a level surface for <br />panels. <br />4. Install 4” box gutters and downspouts using Garland Flat Stock. <br />5. Install 0.040 aluminum R-Mer Span continuous panels and seam caps. <br />6. Install all trim metal and detail metal for a complete system. <br />7. Run electic seamer once all work is installed in order to provide a complete warrantable system. <br />8. Roof system shall provide a 30 year NDL warranty and 5 year contractor workmanship warranty. <br /> <br />Potential issues that could arise during the construction phase of the project will be addressed via unit <br />pricing for additional work beyond the scope of the specifications. This could range anywhere from wet <br />insulation, to the replacement of deteriorated wood nailers. <br /> <br />Please Note – The construction industry is experiencing unprecedented global pricing and availability <br />pressures for many key building components. Specifically, the roofing industry is currently experiencing <br />long lead times and significant price increases with roofing insulat ion and roofing fasteners.
