Collaborative Planning Sessions with City Departments <br />thru January 17, 2025 | 30 hours | $4,500 <br />In close communication with the Human Services Department, Pear Street will convene and <br />facilitate hour-long planning sessions (up to 12 in total, or roughly 2 per month) with appropriate <br />City department heads and staff to collaboratively assess and plan implementation projects. The <br />goal of these meetings is to finalize the actionable details associated with each project, including <br />timeline, staffing, budget, and performance metrics. Pear Street will conduct qualitative and <br />quantitative research outside of these meetings (see below for more details) to support relevant <br />discussions and decision-making. <br />2. Collaborative Planning Sessions with Community Partners <br />thru January 17, 2025 | 35 hours | $5,700 <br />In close communication with the Human Services Department, Pear Street will convene and <br />facilitate up to three (3) planning sessions with appropriate community-based organization leaders <br />and staff to collaboratively assess and plan implementation projects. The goal of these meetings is <br />to finalize the actionable details associated with each project, including timeline, staffing, budget, <br />and performance metrics. <br />3. Collaborative Planning Workshops with Senior Residents <br />thru December 31, 2024 | 35 hours | $7,350 <br />In close communication with the Human Services Department and in coordination with the Public <br />Works Department, Pear Street will convene and facilitate up to two (2) community workshops at <br />strategic locations across the city to engage seniors around identifying and prioritizing specific <br />requests related to pedestrian safety, neighborhood beautification, and transportation. These <br />workshops will also serve as opportunities to educate about City programs that address pedestrian <br />safety, neighborhood beautification and transportation options. The budget for these workshops <br />also includes $1,800 to compensate local interpreters. <br />4. Collaborative Planning Sessions with Food & Meal Providers <br />thru November 30, 2024 | 17 hours | $2,700 <br />In close communication with the Human Services Department, Pear Street will convene and <br />facilitate up to two (2) meetings of community food, meals and basic needs providers (including <br />Resilience Hubs) to discuss and assess the level of unmet demand for these programs. <br />5.
