Project Management <br />Thru February 28, 2025 | 75 hours | $11,250 <br />Pear Street will effectively manage the project through bi-weekly meetings with the Human <br />Services Department team, website updates, up to two (2) updates/presentations to the Senior <br />Commission, and one (1) presentation to City Council (among other tasks). <br />Project Research & Deliverables <br />7. Age-Friendly Funding Resources <br />due August 31, 2024 | 12 hours | $1,800 <br />Pear Street will identify and compile a comprehensive list of local, state and federal funding <br />sources, contacts and application deadlines for age-friendly projects to aid the Human Services <br />Department and other City stakeholders in upcoming budget conversations. <br />8. Seniors Location Analysis <br />due September 30, 2024 | 20 hours | $3,000 <br />Pear Street will research and develop a detailed data analysis of where San Leandro residents <br />aged 65 and older live within the city limits, with an asset map of prominent senior residential <br />housing facilities. <br />9. Age-Friendly San Leandro Charter <br />due October 31, 2024 | 17 hours | $2,550 <br />In close collaboration with the Human Services Department, Pear Street will develop an Age- <br />Friendly San Leandro charter document, with agreed-upon timelines and structures for updating <br />and collaborating with City Council, City Commissions, City departments, community partners, and <br />the general public over the next five years. All parties will be engaged to vet and approve a final <br />document. <br />10. Inventory of Existing City Communications <br />due October 31, 2024 | 12 hours | $1,800 <br />In close collaboration with the Human Services Department, the City Manager’s Office’s <br />Communications team, other City departments and elected officials, Pear Street will inventory a <br />comprehensive list of existing City communications regarding senior and age-friendly opportunities, <br />services and events (including format, distribution methods, and readership data, where available). <br />11.
