<br /> <br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 09/26/2024 <br />VACCEB for Senior Services Exhibit A – Page 2 of 2 <br />includes developing the student’s English language skills, knowledge of American government, civics, <br />and the N-400 form as well as the naturalization interview and test. ESL instruction is included in all the <br />lessons, tasks, activities, and tests. Students will gain knowledge and skills via the class activities <br />which include equal parts reading, writing, listening, and speaking in English. ESL classes are also <br />offered from low beginning to Intermediate levels for students who wish to improve their English before <br />or during the citizenship class.
