Obstructions, debris and trash from self -retaining <br />area were removed and disposed properly. <br />2. Self -retaining area was drained between storms <br />and dry within five days after rainfall. <br />3. Inlets are free from soil exposure or other <br />evidence of erosion. Obstructions were cleared <br />and sediment was removed. <br />4. All dead and diseased vegetation were removed <br />and replaced. <br />5. Vegetation and the irrigation system was <br />maintained. Self -retaining area is neat and orderly <br />in appearance. <br />Note: If NO column is marked, then fill in the ACTION ITEMS column what need to be <br />immediately corrected. <br />
