EVM provides the capability to combine measurements of the project <br />management triangle: scope, time, and costs in a single integrated system. It delivers accurate forecasts of <br />potential project performance problems to support effective cost control. <br />A detailed estimate of progress made during each reporting period shall be included in the monthly status <br />report and invoice. If NPA finds that the EVM indicators are compromised, the Project Manager and <br />Planning Team members (pulled from each city department representing emergency services planning <br />team) shall take corrective measures to adjust resources, as necessary.
