<br />Amendment 1 Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro Last revised 12/18/2024 <br />and RRM Design Group for Conceptual Design Services Amended Exhibit A - Page 5 of 5 <br />Task VII: Conceptual Design <br />Subtask VII.A: Draft Concept Plan <br />RRM will prepare a black and white concept plan supported by photographic character imagery to <br />help communicate the design intent. The plan will be presented to City staff at a virtual meeting to <br />obtain feedback before moving to the final concept plan in Subtask VII.B. <br />Deliverables: <br />o Black and white draft conceptual plan <br />o Attend one (1) meeting <br />Subtask VII.B: Final Concept Plan <br />Based on City feedback on the draft conceptual plan, RRM will revise and finalize the concept plan. <br />Site materials and furnishings selection will be prepared as well as a preliminary plant palette to be <br />reviewed. The final concept plan, materials/furnishings, and preliminary plant palette will be <br />presented to City staff at an in-person or virtual meeting. Comments received at this meeting will <br />be incorporated and a final, colored, preliminary plant palette, and furnishings/materials board will <br />be prepared. <br />Deliverables: <br />o Color final conceptual plan <br />o Materials and furnishings board <br />o Preliminary plant palette <br />o Attendance at one (1) meeting <br />Task VIII: As-Directed Services <br />Upon request by the City, RRM will assist with services as outlined below. A budget allowance of <br />$3,000 has been included; any use of this allowance shall require written authorization from the <br />City that includes the scope of as-directed services and an agreed-upon, not-to-exceed limit. As- <br />directed services could include the following services: <br />o Additional base mapping work <br />o Lighting design <br />o Community outreach meetings <br />o Site design changes requested by the City <br />o Value engineering <br />o Construction administration services <br />o Additional services beyond the allowance for conceptual design services <br />o Additional meetings <br /> <br />These services will be completed on or before December 31, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 93964CE2-4841-4832-8FB9-8E433BD968E6
