Subtask 3: Final Artwork Preparation for Production Prepare final artwork files for printfng and finalize material and hanging optfons that allow for seasonal changes. Deliverable: • Print-ready files and specificatfons. Subtask 4: Print & Production Coordination Oversee the printfng process, ensuring quality control and coordinatfng with selected vendors. Deliverable: • Completed printed panels ready for installatfon. Subtask 5: Installation Planning & Execution Coordinate and oversee the installatfon of the artwork in the designated breezeways, utflizing a hanging system for easy seasonal updates. Deliverable: • Successfully installed artwork panels. Phase 3: Interactive Elements & Digital Enhancements Subtask 1: Augmented Reality (AR) Discovery Conduct a discovery session to define AR goals, determine key features, and identffy technical requirements for the chosen platiorm. Ensure the original artwork is designed to meet AR-specific requirements, such as color contrasts, recognizable markers, and compatfble visual elements. Deliverable: Comprehensive AR plan, platiorm evaluatfon, and design consideratfons. Subtask 2: AR Implementation Create and animate AR content that aligns with the approved artwork, including animatfons, interactfve, overlays, and other digital enhancements. Integrate AR triggers into the artwork and test functfonality to ensure a seamless visitor experience. Deliverable: Fully functfonal AR-enabled installatfons, tested and ready for use.
