<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 10/28/2024 <br />HDR, Inc. for Nutrient Alternatives Evaluation Exhibit A – Page 2 of 7 <br />Task 1 - Project Management <br />HDR will manage the scope of work, schedule, and resources for the project. HDR will coordinate <br />with the City project lead as appropriate. <br />HDR RESPONSIBILITIES: <br />Project management, including project coordination, project schedule, and coordination of <br />quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) activities. <br />Prepare regular invoices (invoices will be prepared monthly) in PDF format. <br />Regular communication with the City project lead. <br />ASSUMPTIONS: <br />The level of effort includes effort for phone calls and emails (as necessary) for work included in this <br />scope and to communicate decisions. <br />HDR will maintain a decision log documenting key decisions made as the project progresses and <br />update the project schedule at key milestones. <br />Monthly invoices will include a project status report (as a bullet list that includes key updates). <br />Project management will be provided over a seven-month period in 2024-2025. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />Project schedule in PDF format. <br />Monthly invoices (with a progress report) in PDF format. <br />Decision log, updated monthly, in PDF format. <br />Task 2 – Initial Nutrient Alternatives Evaluation <br />Task 2.1 – Background Review and Kick-off Meeting <br />Several relevant background sources of data, reports, and studies already exist, including the final <br />permit conditions applicable to the City. HDR will review these documents prior to the kick-off <br />meeting and identify noteworthy items for group discussion. HDR will prepare and submit a data <br />request to The City before and after the kick-off (if needed). <br />At the kick-off meeting, HDR will discuss the project schedule, propose goals and objectives, <br />introduce HDR and the City project teams, and review roles, expectations, and procedures for the <br />project. The kick-off meeting will include a site visit to tour the treatment plant. <br />ASSUMPTIONS T 2.1: <br />HDR will issue a request for information two weeks before the kickoff. <br />The City will provide the requested information within one week of receiving the request. <br />The kick-off meeting will be in person and attended by up to three HDR staff members. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: F4C31A54-5BDC-41AE-BF85-10613D6DCA60
