<br /> <br />Page 3 of 65 <br /> <br />Task 1: Project Administration <br />Good City Company (GCC) will provide comprehensive Project Management services and will <br />coordinate, administer, and provide quality control throughout all phases of the projects <br />(“Project”), including the Development Plan, Amendments and CBTP. UFS will lead the <br />activities necessary to complete the Development Plan, including directing and coordinating the <br />work of the consultant team and providing progress reporting to the City Team and partners. <br />GCC will lead activities necessary to complete the Amendments, as well as the associated <br />CEQA clearance documentation. <br /> <br />The Development Plan and Amendments Project Management (PM) Team will include City of <br />San Leandro Project Management Team and BART Partner. <br /> <br />The CBTP Project Management Team will include Alameda County Planning Department PM <br />Team, City of San Leandro PM Team and BART Partner. The County of Alameda will be limited <br />to serving as part of the Project Management team for the Community Based Transportation <br />Plan as it applies to the unincorporated Alameda County communities. <br />1.1 Project Initiation and Refinement of Scope of Work <br />Scope of Work: UFS, GCC, and the subconsultant team will meet to discuss and make changes <br />to the Scope of Work as directed by the PM Team. <br /> <br />Statement of DBE Goals: GCC will provide a one-page statement of DBE Goals to the PM <br />Team. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Final Scope of Work <br />• Statement of DBE Goals <br />1.2 Project Management/Administration <br />Good City Company (GCC) will provide general project management, including coordination of <br />all aspects of the Project, monitoring Project progress for adherence to schedules and budgets, <br />reporting progress, and administering the Project according to funding-agency requirements. <br /> <br />The GCC project manager will be the administrator of the project and coordinate the Consultant <br />Team with the applicable PM Teams. GCC will manage the Project through clear and frequent <br />communication, including the following items: <br /> <br />● General Communications.
