Project-Branded Engagement Materials <br />The consultant team will create flyers with project information in coordination with City and <br />County Staff to publicize the project, survey, and community open houses. Materials will include <br />project branding and document templates. Materials will be provided in English, Chinese, and <br />Spanish, and be ADA compliant. The City of San Leandro will be responsible for mailing and <br />printing costs. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Development Plan Branding <br />• Website content and updates <br />• Document Templates <br />• Flyers or postcards (PDF) in English, Chinese, Tagalog, and Spanish for events and <br />surveys. <br />2.7 General Public Feedback <br />All community meetings will include meeting support materials, presentations, and internal <br />minutes as a summary. In-person events, will include facilitation, setup, breakdown, and <br />supporting materials such as sign-in sheets, signs, and name tags. <br />A. Online CBTP Community Access Needs Survey and Results (1) <br />An online survey will be created and advertised to the CBTP Outreach Area to gather feedback <br />from the community on existing access conditions and transportation challenges and needs. <br />The online survey will be provided in English, Spanish, and Chinese. <br /> <br />An online survey data summary will be posted to the project websites when completed without <br />analysis. Raw data will be provided to the City and County. Analysis will be included in the <br />Community Outreach Summary Presentation (Task 2.8) and in the CBTP (Task 9). <br />B. CBTP Pop-up Events (2) <br />The consultant team will attend two (2) pop up events to promote the CBTP, as well as the <br />community open houses and survey. Pop up events will be timed in advance of the two open <br />houses. Pop up materials will relate thematically to open house content. Materials for pop up <br />events include an interactive feature, such as a spinner with prizes, exhibit with dot stickers, <br />children’s activity (word search or coloring activity), wish jar, or other method to attract attention <br />during events. Pop up events could occur at farmers markets, Fall Fest, Fan Fest, Health Fair, <br />and the County Fair.
